Rates Book & Stay

Reservations are made directly with us on WhatsApp, allowing us to shape your stay from the very first message.

A 20% non-refundable deposit confirms the booking. The remaining balance is due on arrival. Once the stay has begun at check-in, no refund is provided for unused nights.

Booking directly with Manoa includes breakfast and allows us to arrange your stay personally around your needs, timing, and interests.

All rates are quoted in Indonesian rupiah (IDR), net and inclusive of taxes, and are priced per night. Ina Roa is priced per person and includes full board. Villa Manoa and Villa Maayun may be booked room by room or in their entirety for a family or group.

Breakfast is included for direct bookings made with Manoa. For reservations made through other platforms, breakfast is charged at 100,000 IDR per person. Lunch and dinner are charged separately at 160,000 IDR per person for a full menu.

The deposit and room balance can be paid by bank transfer. For international travellers, Wise is often the easiest way to transfer money directly to an Indonesian bank account. It can also be useful throughout a journey in Indonesia for accommodation, transport and other services that accept bank transfers but not international cards.

There is no card terminal at Manoa. Meals, activities, rentals, transport and other extras should therefore be paid in cash unless a bank transfer has been agreed in advance.

A minimum stay of two nights applies at both Manoa and Ina Roa. Ina Roa also requires a minimum of two adults. 

The boat transfer, starting from 1,500,000 IDR one way, and the 200,000 IDR Ngurtafur community fee per group are arranged and charged separately.

Children — Manoa Villas

Children under three stay free when sharing the existing bedding. Children aged three to eleven may share their parents' room without an additional room charge. Subject to availability and advance request: extra floor mattress: 200,000 IDR per night; child's breakfast: 100,000 IDR per day. Guests aged twelve and over are charged at the adult rate.
 

Children — Ina Roa, Full Board

Children under three stay free when sharing the existing bedding. For an additional child aged four to eleven, subject to availability and advance request: extra mattress and linen: 200,000 IDR per night; full-board meals: 150,000 IDR per day. Guests aged twelve and over are charged at the adult rate.
