Rumah Tua is Manoa’s most spacious private house, set between a tropical garden and the sea in Ohoidertawun.
Designed for families and small groups, it offers the comfort and privacy of a true island home, with generous living spaces, shaded terraces and direct access to the beach.
The house accommodates up to six guests. It includes two air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and hot water, as well as a flexible third room that can sleep two additional guests.
At the heart of the house, a large sea-facing lounge opens onto the garden and terraces, creating an easy connection between indoor and outdoor life. Guests can read, rest, share meals or simply follow the changing light and tides throughout the day.
Rumah Tua also offers Starlink Wi-Fi and access to Manoa’s saltwater pool and beach restaurant, only a few steps away.
